Gregory A. Miller Announces Move to New Office Location

My name is Gregory A. Miller, as the founding attorney at the firm, I am proud to announce that my office will be moving to a new office location effective March 1st, 2013. As of Friday, March 1st, my office will be located at: 202 West Berry Street, Suite 500, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802. The firm's phone number is: (260) 833-7249.

Fort Wayne, informally known as the "City of Churches" is Indiana's second-largest city after Indianapolis and home to more than 250,000 residents. Today, as a city where manufacturing is deeply rooted in the community's history, the city's manufacturing industry employs nearly 17% of Allen County's workforce. As a headquarters for companies such as Steel Dynamics, Sweetwater Sound, Indiana Michigan Power, and as the center of the defense contracting industry, I have found that there are a significant number of residents employed in the area who are in need of high quality criminal defense representation. For this reason, and after careful consideration, I have decided to maintain my law practice in the Fort Wayne area.

My supportive staff and I are confident that as a client, you will continue to enjoy the firm's high quality legal services from our conveniently located new office location. As a Fort Wayne criminal defense attorney, I zealously defend clients against all types of misdemeanor and felony charges including charges of DUI/OWI, drug crimes, traffic violations, expungements, internet crimes, probation violations and serious violent crimes.

When you are facing criminal charges of any sort, I completely understand the level of urgency in the situation that you are in; therefore, I make myself available for appointments on evenings and weekends, and I maintain a 24 hour emergency hotline for my clients. No matter what type of criminal charges you are facing, you have legal rights, some of which are covered under the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the United States Constitution.

If you were recently arrested or are currently the target of a pre-file investigation, I urge you to exercise your right to remain silent and contact the firm right away to schedule a confidential consultation with me at my firm. Everyone has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, let me carefully examine your case and search for any flaws or holes in the case that may serve to exonerate you because you deserve nothing less than the most aggressive defense available.
